Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins Servings: 2 Ingredients: tin of chopped tomatoes 4 cloves of garlic 1 ball of mozzarella diced chorizo spaghetti parmesan 1tbsp oregano 1tbsp chili flakes Directions: Fry the chorizo in olive oil until the fat is rendered and it’s crispy then set to the side Cook the tomatoes and garlic in the chorizo oil Blend the sauce with the mozzarella then stick it back in the pan Add salt, pepper and chili flakes and loosen with some pasta water Add cooked pasta and chorizo, mix and serve Notes Banger dish, serves 2 portions.

Updates I’ve started taking my SSBM practise a little bit more seriously. After some disappointment of not being on the Scottish PR and poor tournaments results in 2025, I want to take a push this year to see how far I can go. For now I’m focused on playing more high level opponents, analysing my gameplay more often and watching higher level falcos. I’d quite like to give another fighting game a shot. I don’t think anything will replace SSBM for me but it would be cool to have another game and community to be involved with. The two I’m considering are GGACR and MBAACC. I’ll maybe enter a tournament for each of them and see how I feel!
