Ingredients:
- Udon noodles
- Beef/Pork strips
- Half an onion
- A few spring onions
- 40ml cup dark soy sauce
- 30ml oyster sauce
- 25g brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon rice wine vinegar
Directions:
- Slice the onion and spring onions
- Combine all liquids and sugar for sauce
- Start boiling the udon, remove and strain after 3 mins
- Start frying meat and onion for a few minutes, and then add the sauce
- Add noodles and mix
Notes
This was nice but the sauce was a bit too rich/strong. Maybe recommend reducing the amount or using light soy sauce instead of dark.
