Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins Servings: 3

Ingredients:

  • Udon noodles 
  • Beef/Pork strips
  • Half an onion
  • A few spring onions 
  • 40ml cup dark soy sauce
  • 30ml oyster sauce
  • 25g brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon rice wine vinegar

Directions:

  1. Slice the onion and spring onions 
  2. Combine all liquids and sugar for sauce 
  3. Start boiling the udon, remove and strain after 3 mins
  4. Start frying meat and onion for a few minutes, and then add the sauce
  5. Add noodles and mix

Notes

This was nice but the sauce was a bit too rich/strong. Maybe recommend reducing the amount or using light soy sauce instead of dark. 

Forgot sesame seeds!
